What is needed to book a party?
A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a party time and date. The remaining balance is due the day of the party.
What is Diamond Girlz on Wheels?
Diamond Girlz on Wheels is our mobile spa party service where we bring the party to you! For those that prefer a at-home spa party, we come to your home or any location and set up our spa stations similar to our spa. We do fashion shows, facials, mani's, pedi's, and make up all in your home! Inquire for details.
What time should my guests and I arrive at the party?
We ask that you and your guests do not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes prior to your scheduled party so that we may clean up from the last party and set up for yours. Thank you.
Do I need to stay at the party?
The party host is required to stay at the party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun in our parents waiting area.
Can I bring food to my party?
Yes, Diamond Girlz Day Spa can provide food, or you are welcome to bring your own food. Please remember to bring utencils, plates, and napkins if you are providing your own food.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
If you cancel or reschedule your party within 14 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price. If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 100% of the total party price. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions).
What if a guest does not show up, do I still pay for that guest?
You will be charged for the final head count given prior to the party.
What do I need to do to prepare for a party?
Please have nail polish removed from childs nails prior to arriving, this cuts down on unnecessary time being spent on manicures and pedicures.
How long do the parties last?
Parties are approx. 2 hours long. We do occasionally run over by 15 minutes.
What days and times do you hold parties?
We book parties Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 and during the weekends from 11:00, 2:00, & 5:00. Parties are approx. 2 hours in duration.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Friday by appointment, Saturday and Sunday 10am to 8pm.
